These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5ph1 Casino ("5ph1", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 5ph1 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 5ph1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 5ph1 Platform.

5ph1 operates as an online gaming platform targeting Filipino players and operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with Philippine law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the 5ph1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 5ph1 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 5ph1 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

5ph1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 5ph1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5ph1 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported.

5ph1 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

All games available on the 5ph1 Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. 5ph1 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any game once a round has commenced.

• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server. No result may be reversed except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game server according to the game's rules. 5ph1 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• If a technical malfunction voids a game round, all wagers placed on that round will be refunded to the players' accounts. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 5ph1 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5ph1 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or chargeback any deposit made to your 5ph1 account while retaining winnings generated from those funds.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 5ph1 staff or other players.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 5ph1 account.

All content on the 5ph1 Platform — including but not limited to the 5ph1 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 5ph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 5ph1.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the 5ph1 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 5ph1's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

5ph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 5ph1 is used for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Compliance with KYC, anti-money laundering, and regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Improving the Platform and personalizing your gaming experience.

5ph1 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5ph1 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond 5ph1's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

In all cases where 5ph1's liability cannot be excluded by law, 5ph1's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5ph1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5ph1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

5ph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach or fraud may be forfeited in whole or in part at 5ph1's discretion.

You may close your 5ph1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

5ph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, it is important to seek help.

5ph1 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

5ph1 operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 5ph1 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

5ph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 5ph1 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
